| 内容記述 | The theory of the dielectric properties of barium titanate is considered. We estimate the interionic forces of it from the standpoint of atomic theory, Using them we compute the lattice energy and the vibrational frequencies both in the cubic phase and tetragonal phase, where Ti ions and Oa ions are displaced. By considering the free energy, it is found possible to account for the crystal transition at 118℃. (Received May 31, 1951) | |||||||||
