| 内容記述 | Direct and alternating (50 and 3000 cycles per sec.) electric resistances dielectric-constant and specific heat of powdered silicon carbide were measured at the room temperature up to 450℃. The conductivity al)d the dielectric constant are increased when the temperature is raised. At about 291℃., the curves of conductivity and of dielectric constant versus temperature show knicks. The specific heat shows a broad minimum at about 330℃. These properties may be ascribed to ionic conduction or to Sperrschict. | |||||||||
