It shows a temperature hysteresis and on heating it has a maximum at about 40℃ and on cooling it has not; the more heating from lower temperatures, the more the height of the maximum is lowered, and lastly the maximum vanishes, although any anomaly was not observed in the specific heat and the thermal expansion near this temperature. By a vaporization method single crystals were obtained and their domain structures were examined by a polarized-light microscope and the dielectric constant was measured only at temperatures lower than about 0℃, above which temperature our mesurement was impossible on account of the decrease of resistance.
