| 内容記述 | The Bloch-Boltzmann kinetic equation for the motion of electrons under the very strong electrostatic field in a nonpolar insulating crystal has been set up and, after suitable approximations, solved to give the distribution function. The characteristics of the current under the very strong field and the conditions for dielectric breakdown have been studied from the kinetic-statistical point of view.
