| 内容記述 | An automatic fractionating column has been designed and constructed in the author's laboratory as previously reported. However, since the column was revealed to have several weak points in the course of its practical use, some improvements were now added as described below. 1) A screw jack was equipped for attaching the large capacity still pot to the column. 2) All assemblies were mounted in a fire-proof steel cabinet. 3) Mechanical chopper and electronic amplifier system of new type were used to replace the sensitive galvanometer previously used to control the proper power input to the heat compensating jacket. 4) An electronic recording potentiometer (3mV in full scale, strip chart type) and chromel-constantan thermocouples were used for recording the reflux temperature. 5) The drop counting automatic fraction collector described before was now replaced by a burette-type collector with photoelectric equipment to collect a precise volume of each fraction. | |||||||||
