| 内容記述 | From the observation on ultraviolet absorption of isonicotinic acid, nicotinic acid and their derivatives, it was found that esters of both acids have a characteristic absorption at 275 mμ (isonicotinic) or 263 (nicotinic) in aqueous solution. By making use of the absorption coefficients at 256 mμ and 285 mμ for calculation, a rapid determination of binary mixture of these acids was made successfully. The maximum error in the result by the present method was in the range of 1～2%. | |||||||||
