| 内容記述 | The benzylamide of clupeine, one of the terminal carboxy-derivatives, was prepared by the action of benzylamine on the protamine methyl ester. The derivative was hydrolyzed for 10 or 5 hours at 100℃ with constant boiling hydrochloric acid. Benzylamine was the only substance besides the constituents of clupeine that was identified on the paper chromatogram of the hydrolysate. No amino acid benzylamide could be found. The benzylamide derivatives of certain amino acids were prepared and studied on their paper chromatographic behaviors, light absorption near ultraviolet region and the stability on hydrolysis. | |||||||||
