| 内容記述 | Recent sound-absorption experiments by Prangsma, et al. have shown that in the gaseous HD below 40°K the rotational collision number Z_<rot> has a temperature-independent value of about 10. Their results are compared here with theoretical calculations which were made by the present author more than ten years ago. The theoretical collision number is not temperature-independent, but its dependence is weak. Possibilities of reducing the remaining discrepancies are suggested. | |||||||
