| 内容記述 | The problem of the one-dimensional propagation of small disturbances generated by the harmonic oscillation of a flat end wall, either in position or in temperature or both, is solved analytically using the normal-mode expansion method by Case. The effects of isotropic scattering on them are studied. An important finding is that the radiation induced wave exists even for the small Bouguer number under the influence of isotropic scattering, while it disappears with the decrease of the Bouguer number in the case without scattering effect. Some improvements on the solution, especially with respect to the propagation speed, are made by taking account of the time-dependent term of the radiative transport equation. | |||||||||
