内容記述 Two schemes are proposed for kinetic equations which form bases of treating shear and grid-produced turbulence. The first scheme is the BBGKY hierarchy system truncated at n=2 by invoking "ternary" molecular chaos. The one-point kinetic equation turns out to yield the Navier-Stokes equation with Reynolds' stress, and the two-point equation affords the governing differential equation for the Reynolds stress. These equations constitute, along with the boundary-layer approximation, equations determining basic shear flow and Reynolds stress simultaneously. The second scheme designed for grid turbulence is the same except that the equations are truncated at n=3. In contrast to conventional analyses which have bases on a parabolic type equation depending on time and relative locations of pertaining points, an equation of elliptic type is derived, and a closed form solution which varies with streamwise coordinate is obtained for cases where the four-point correlation is neglected.
