| 内容記述 | This paper presents theoretical analysis of the discrete Kirchhoff assumption applied to large deflection analysis of thin elastic plates. The Brouwer fixed point theorem is employed to show the existence and convergence of the finite element solutions based on this approach. Examples are also given for some finite element models that actually satisfy the convergence criteria presented in this paper. | |||||||
