One of us reported in the previous paper on the production of waves between 1~3cm wave length. In this article we report on microwaves generated with vibrating electrodes which are found to be more stable than in the case of fixed gap electrodes. We used waveguide and cavity resonators for the analysis of generated microwaves, and wave lengths between 7mm and 15mm were clearly observed. These method of production of microwaves may be used as a checker of microwave circuits, as really used in our laboratory.
