| 内容記述 | It has been reported by Klein et al that magnetrons emit harmonics of their fundamental frequency of oscillation. Employing the techniques reported by them, harmonics as high as the sixth have been obtained from the 2J56 magnetron (λ=3 cm peak power=20～40 KW). The detector used is a demountable silicon crystal detector, having very simple construction. The signal to noise ratio (S/N) for sixth harmonics (λ= 5.4 mm) is about one thousand. This power is adequate for physical measurements and has already been used to measure the paramagnetic resonance absorption of NiSO_4・7H_2O and K_2CuCl_4・2H_2O at λ= 5.4 mm and λ= 6.6 mm which has been reported elsewhere. | |||||||||
