| 内容記述 | The current through the contact points of many silicon detectors was measured exactly for applied voltage of 5mV to 1 volt. The expression for the "differential resistance" was given in a little more complicated form than that of the theory of Mott, Bethe, Wilson and others. The expression can be explained by the hypothesis that one point-contact has two rectifying mechanisms whose rectifying directions are opposite to each other aud both are according to Bethe's form. The rectifying characteristics for the 50 cycles, and high frequencies (up to 20 Mc) were also observed which practically agreed with the static characteristics. Some quantitative results for the microwave region were found. | |||||||||
