Flight tests for the various cowlings of the radiator of the Koken-long-range aeroplane were made followed by full scale model tests for the same cowlings in the wind tunnel. The drag coefficients obtained with the aid of full scale models experiments are shown in Table 3, and Fig.14. Using the drag coefficients for the full size models and the equations shown in the first report, the calculated values for the case of the above mentioned aeroplane were found to agree fairly well with the flight test results shown in Fig.9.
