Intending to obtain a better system of direction finder the authors studied the electric field round some forms of conductor carrying oscillating current. The wavelength of electric-wave they dealt with was the order of 5m. With small electric doublet the electric field intensity and direction was surveied. Next they dealt with the direction characteristic of the antenna used as a direction finder. |
