Orbits of faint meteorswith +15 magnitude can be measured with a precision of 0.5 degree (Nishimura et al., 2001).Simultaneous optical observation with an ICCD (Image-intensifled CCD) video camera was carriedout. Instantaneous radar signal intensity and video magnitudes are closely compared by using atime-recording system synchronized to GPS signals.
