Japan","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"宇宙機の帯電状況を知るために材料の二次電子放出係数、光電子放出係数を知ることが必要である。この二つの値は電子放出のしやすさを表したもので、宇宙機の電流収支を計算することに用いられる。電子放出係数は材料によって様々でデータベースの構築が重要である。これまで我々は金とKaptonの二次電子放出係数、光電子放出係数の測定を行ってきた。そして今回、新しい材料としてBlack KaptonとTeflonに着目した。これら二つは実際に宇宙機表面の熱制御材料として用いられている。だが、この二つの材料はまだ二次電子放出係数、光電子放出係数のデータが少ない。従ってこの二つの材料の測定を行い、また材料表面の放射線やUV、原子状酸素での劣化による測定も同様に行う。これにより、Black
