A full investigation was conducted to calculate unsteady aerodynamic forces using small and large ground plates. In order to calculate pressure variation on a large ground plate the steady boundary element method was used. However, using a small ground plate the boundary element method was modified to treat the unsteady aerodynamic phenomena.
