Axisymmetric full Navier-Stokes equations which have chemically and thermally nonequilibrium effects are considered by using Parks two-temperature model and the vibrational relaxation model from the SSH (Schwartz-Slawsky-Herzfeld) theory. For the time integration, an efficient numerical algorithm of an implicit finite difference method is used, which consists of the combination of LU-SGS (Lower-Upper Symmteric Gauss Seidel) scheme and the implicit diagonal method for a source Jacobian matrix. For convective terms, AUSMDV (Advection Upstream Splitting Method, mixture of flux Difference biased scheme and flux Vector biased scheme) scheme generalized into the nonequilibrium flow case is applied. Effects of catalytic efficiency on aerodynamic heating rates at the wall around OREX (Orbital Reentry Experiment) are examined in detail. Numerical analyzes are performed at several flight altitudes and compared with flight data. Catalytic efficiency of material at the stagnation point is estimated and it is clear that it shows good agreement with data of similar materials of another vehicles such as space
