| 内容記述 | 2次元対称縮流筒の湾曲した壁に沿った乱流境界層における逆遷移を調べた。実験はCheers型、cosine型、Witoszynski型の3種類の縮流筒を用いて行った。逆遷移を、境界層厚さ、速度分布、および境界層流の乱れについて調べた。Patel-Headにより提案された逆遷移の基準は、壁の曲率を用いて修正されるべきであることが明らかになった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Investigation of reverse transition was done in a turbulent boundary layer along a curved wall of two-dimensional symmetrical contraction. The experiment was carried out on contractions of three kinds: Cheers, cosine, and Witoszynski types. The reverse transition was examined in terms of the boundary-layer thickness, velocity profile and turbulence of the boundary-layer flow. It was found that the criteria proposed by Patel-Head must be modified using the wall-curvature. | |||||||||
