Axial force due to viscosity is overestimated as grid spacing becomes smaller if AUSMDV (Advection Upwind Splitting Method) scheme is used. AUSMV type momentum flux is main reason and only AUSMD type flux is used in the numerical analysis. Comparisons of aerodynamic characteristics estimated from CFD results with tunnel testing data at M = 10 are very well. In the flow condition with real gas effects, clear difference of pitching moment coefficient and center of pressure locations between results with perfect and non-equilibrium gas assumptions are obtained.
