In this motion, the aerodynamic forces are exerted on the body and affect the body motion. In this case, the motion will damp out due to its forces. For this problem, the Navier-Stokes equations are solved by a finite difference-finite volume method, where the n-v-p formulation is employed. A multi-grid technique is also employed to solve the pressure Poisson equation. The results are well compared with potential flow
