The first problem treated here is passing-by of two trains in open area. Unsteady three dimensional Euler simulation using relatively moving grids has been conducted and the result qualitatively agrees with real testing data. The second problem is compression wave generation during train nose entry into the tunnel. Axisymmetric Euler simulation gives quite realistic results on the compression waveform and can be extensively used to optimize area distribution of the train nose for reduction of strength of the
