Types of topics for students are discussed on an educational standpoint to provide good topics which encourage them. It is suggested that students are encouraged by such topics: where (1) their methods are easily understood; (2) creative minds on the side of students are allowed; and (3) they stimulate dreams for future. Three examples of such topics are introduced, which are given to students of mechanical engineering, construction of an aero-planing ship, measurement of 3D positions of fluidized particles and numerical construction of the lung airway. |
