| 内容記述 | The laminar-turbulent transition of shear flows is an old subject. The linear growth of small-amplitude disturbance and nonlinear interaction of grown-up fluctuation have been well-documented. The remaining and most important process is the randomization of ordered fluctuations. In order to describe the process a quantity called randomness factor is needed. This concept is useful not only for fluiddynamics but also for many transition processes. Subjects discussed here include physical phenomena, plants, animals and social problems. | |||||||||
