In the next report, the same hypothesis was applied to the equation for the two-point velocity distributions, but no solution was given due to the formal complexity of the equation. In this report, a closed equation is derived for the two-point velocity distributions using the same hypothesis in another meaningful way, and it is shown that again there exist inertial normal distributions for the velocity-sum and the lateral velocity-difference distributions.
