Thus, we have developed a new experimental equipment to measure the mass of H2O gas generated from H2O-ice target by the impact vaporization. This equipment contained the electro-magnetic accelerator, ice target and the mass-spectrometer within the ultra-high vacuum chamber; it enables us to measure the quantity and the species of degassing vapors. In the closed vacuum chamber, the copper projectile was launched to the ice target at velocities of 97-142 m/s and the target was cooled at 130 K during the impact. The vapor pressure of H2O increased just after the impact by the impact vaporization of ice.
