Infrared spectrum of alumina particles produced by the treatment below 600 C showed an absorption peak at 10.8 micrometer, and identified as the eta-phase. It was found that the phase transition temperature from eta-phase to alpha-phase was 1,100 C, which was lower than that of gamma-phase. The relationships between infrared spectra and shape of alpha-alumina particles are discussed., 資料番号: AA0063352049}, pages = {182--185}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {Correlation between structure of alumina particles and infrared spectrum}, year = {1995} }
