In this study, we developed CO2 facilitated transport membranes consisting of hygroscopic gel and CO2 carrier. An additive was added to some membranes, which decreased N2 and O2 permeances remarkably with little change in CO2 permeance, resulting in very high CO2/N2 and CO2/O2 selectivities. Typical membrane performances are as follows. CO2 permeance: 2.71×10-5 - 5.70×10-5 mol/m2 s kPa, CO2/N2 selectivity: 5210-13700, at the CO2 partial pressure of 0.7 kPa and 26.7℃. These values are much larger than previously reported values.Feasibility studies on the CO2 separation in ISS and space suits were performed where membrane modules fabricated by incorporating developed membranes are supposed to be used. It was found that CO2 could be concentrated to higher than 96% (dry basis) by a single stage membrane separation.", 資料番号: AC1500064000, レポート番号: JSASS-2014-4392}, publisher = {日本航空宇宙学会(JSASS), The Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences (JSASS)}, title = {CO2 膜分離法の宇宙分野への応用(2)}, year = {2014} }
