A slip ring is required to have low frictional torque in order to reduce the electrical power and to have low electrical noise in terms of highly-reliable signal transmit. While investigation of materials which meet these demands have been progressing, it has not been clarified yet in which mechanism the outbreak of the noise and the increase of the friction torque occur. To answer this question, investigation of changes in friction and electrical resistance during vacuum friction test and in-situ observation of the deformation of the Au coatings during ball-on-disk tests are conducted. Those reveal that transfer process of wear debris on brush and ring surface caused the increase of friction., 資料番号: AC1500078000, レポート番号: JSASS-2014-4148}, publisher = {日本航空宇宙学会(JSASS), The Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences (JSASS)}, title = {スリップング用金 めっき の摩擦・電気特性}, year = {2014} }
