The research and development have been conducted from the material testing technologies such as the development of ultra-precise measurement system for low-thermal expansion materials to the system level testing technologies for the precise telescope systems. As a result, we obtained core testing technologies such as the precise displacement measurement within 0.1micro-m accuracy, highly stable measurement environment within 0.15C and 0.9%RH fluctuation in air condition and thermally stable optical table system within 0.02ppm/K.
