においても、伝導性テザーを利用したデブリ除去の軌道上実証を検討している。そこで、まず初めにデブリの国際法上の位置付けを明らかにするために、宇宙諸条約における関連規定について検討する。続いて、伝導性テザーを用いてデブリ除去を実際に行う状況を題材とし、除去対象の決定から除去作業の実行までに至る各プロセスにおいて、国際法上および国内法上いかなる問題があるのか、法的観点から検討する。最後に、これまでの検討を踏まえ、今後各国がスペースデブリ除去を実施するにあたっては、どのようにしてこれらの課題を解決し得るのかについて提言し結びとしたい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
