HEMTが既に人工衛星に搭載されている。パワー用については、通信用に比べて使用条件が厳しいことからまだ初期評価段階であり、民生品の放射線耐性評価などが行われている。SiCデバイスは放射線(SEE)耐性が著しく低いという結果となっており、GaNデバイスについては比較的良好な結果が得られている。今後は主にGaNデバイスを宇宙で活用するべく検討を進めていく予定である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
