Japan","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"地球周回軌道のデブリ環境は年々悪化を続けており,継続的な宇宙開発利用に対する大きな脅威となっている.そうした脅威に対処するために,宇宙機自身が取れる対策としては大きく防護と回避の二つが挙げられる.しかし,そうした対策が有効なデブリのサイズにはギャップがあるため,リスク低減は十分でない.本研究では回避可能なデブリサイズの限界をより小さくするために,軌道上センサと地上観測網の連携システムを用いた検出および追跡手法を提案する.提案する手法の実現可能性について,画像処理および観測感度向上の観点から評価を行った.初期検討の結果,軌道上センサによる検出結果を用いた初期軌道推定は,地上観測網において追尾観測を行う際の画像処理に適用できる精度を持っていることがわかった.さらにそうした画像処理が行えるという前提のもとで地上観測網における観測可能な限界サイズを見積もったところ,直径5cm
