The stand was calibrated and the thrust of a 14-cm diameter xenon ion thruster was measured. The stand was composed of a rigid pendulum and knife edges. The thruster was held by the pendulum and the thrust was gauged by the displacement of the pendulum. Propellant-feed piping and electrical cables were connected to the thruster and their stiffness reduced the displacement. The displacement, however, was still found to be linearly dependent on the thrust. This study presents the minutia of the stand and the calibration, and the results of thrust
