This paper presents numerical simulations of pressure control at a ventilated adaptive-wall for a two-dimensional wind-tunnel. Numerical inner and outer flows of the wind-tunnel are calculated simultaneously and independently on the basis of Euler equations using a finite difference method in the Cartesian grid. The concept of an adaptive-wall requires that the inner flow matches the outer flow at control surfaces. This requirement is satisfied by matching of the flow direction at the control surfaces. Numerical adaptive-wall wind-tunnel tests of the NACA0012 airfoil are being performed to demonstrate the possible applications of adaptive-wall control.
