Part 3: Initial balance calibration results with the automatic balance calibration system using combination loading"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1996-07","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"23","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"697","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"航空宇宙技術研究所資料"},{"bibliographic_title":"Technical Memorandum of National Aerospace Laboratory","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"航技研遷音速風洞では1993年度に複合荷重式自動天秤較正装置を導入し調整運転を行ってきた。同装置のシステムの詳細(構造や機能)は文献1に述べた。本報告は複合荷重式自動天秤較正装置の評価を行う目的で、調整運転中に収集した2体の一体加工式内挿天秤の較正試験結果を解析評価したものである。供試天秤は国産天秤1体と外国天秤1体で、いずれも航技研遷音速風洞の標準天秤である。本研究の目的は、従来の成分荷重方式による天秤較正係数決定と複合荷重による係数決定との精度の比較、繰返して試験を行った場合の天秤較正係数の再現性検討、異なった較正装置で決定した天秤較正係数の比較検討、複合負荷形態の天秤較正係数への影響、複合荷重式自動天秤較正装置の運転計測上の問題点の洗いだし、などである。一連の調整運転で得た試験データを解析した結果、求まる天秤較正係数の再現性は比較的優れており、またそれら係数マトリックスも実際の風洞試験に適用できるものと判断している。しかしM(sub x)成分の精度向上など改善すべき事項も残されており引き続きシステムの精度向上を図る努力も必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_17":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The shakedown operation of the new automatic balance calibration system has been conducted since 1993 with two typical internal balances for the NAL-TWT (Transonic Wind Tunnel). The calibration system including hardware and software has already been described in detail. In this paper, the balance calibration results during shakedown operation are analyzed for evaluation of the new system. Emphasis is placed on the following items: comparison of the calibration results between the component loading method and the combination loading method in balance calibration, repeatability of the coefficient matrices of two balances in the operation, comparison of the calibration results obtained with several balance calibration systems, effects of combination loading profiles on the coefficient matrices of balances, and findings of the problems concerning the system operation. It is concluded that repeatability of the coefficient matrices of the balances is excellent and that they are applicable to data treatment of transonic wind tunnel tests. However, further efforts are necessary to improve the M(sub x) component of the new calibration
