An acoustic floating method and glycerin were used for the purpose. The glycerin droplet was injected with a syringe into a ball-shaped vessel made of acrylic resin. Sound pressure was maintained by using a speaker. Shape of the floating droplet was measured. Through 30 experiments the following results were obtained: the floating of glycerin droplet was possible in this apparatus at the suitable sound pressure level 152-153 dB, but it was difficult to keep stable position of the droplets. The droplet-floating by this method should be more thoroughly investigated. The measurement of surface tension through diameter measurement and video image processing, follows after the completion of this
