This paper summarizes the hardware and function of this equipment. Some function tests and flow characteristic tests were carried out, with this equipment installed in the test section. Some effects of the following parameters to drive this system on the flow above the belt plane are indicated: (1) belt running speed; (2) boundary layer suction; and (3) rear flap of ground plane. These parameters were adjusted to the optimum values experimentally.
