{"created":"2023-06-20T15:11:01.864589+00:00","id":40616,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"4f40c91e-9262-4e4f-bb6b-eee59f847d9b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"40616","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"40616"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:jaxa.repo.nii.ac.jp:00040616","sets":["1887:1893","1896:1898:1913:1917"]},"author_link":["448898","448899","448900","448901"],"item_3_alternative_title_2":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Tribological characteristics of solid-lubricated ball bearings at high load conditions in a vacuum"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1999-08","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"42","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1389","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"航空宇宙技術研究所報告"},{"bibliographic_title":"Technical Report of National Aerospace Laboratory","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"内外論・玉にMoS2スパッタ膜を施し、PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)系複合材保持器を採用した固体潤滑軸受の性能を真空中、回転数200rpm、スラスト荷重3kNまでの高荷重下で調べた。MoS2膜で潤滑された状態では、軸受は荷重3kNという高荷重下(内輪の転走面における最大ヘルツ接触面圧が約2GPa)でも約1.5N・cm程度のきわめて低い摩擦トルクを示した。ただし数百時間毎に10秒間程度、摩擦トルクが30倍以上にもなるトルクスパイク現れる場合があった。MoS2膜が破断すると、摩擦トルクが突然急増し軸受外輪温度も急激に高くなったが、焼付きは生じなかった。MoS2膜の寿命は、転走面の接触面圧が大きくなるにつれて指数関数的に減少したが、最大接触面圧2GPaでも3×10(exp 7)回転と長寿命を示した。MoS2スパッタ膜なしの軸受を試験した場合、摩擦トルクはMoS2膜が破断した後とほぼ同程度であり、1,400時間運転後も焼付きは生じなかった。試験後の玉のX線光電子分光分析(XPS分析)ではふっ化鉄が検出され、運転中に化学反応により形成されたふっ化鉄が磨耗や凝着を防ぐ役割を果たしていたものと推定した。この結果から、内外論・玉にMoS2スパッタ膜を施した軸受でMoS2膜が破断した際に摩擦トルクが急増したのは、MoS2膜潤滑からふっ化鉄による潤滑へと移行したためと推定した。また、鉛めっき膜で潤滑されたる軸受の性能も調べた。内外論・玉に鉛めっき膜を施し、保持器なしの玉軸受を用いた試験では、摩擦トルクはMoS2膜潤滑の約10倍と大きかったが、スラスト荷重3kNで800時間以上という長寿命を示した。鉛めっき膜潤滑でも軸受は高荷重下で使用可能であることがわかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_17":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The performance of solid-lubricated ball bearings was examined under high load conditions in vacuum. The bearings had a sputtered MoS2 film on races and balls, and a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)-based composite retainer, and demonstrated low frictional torque of about 1.5 N cm even at a high load of 3 kN (the maximum Hertz contact pressure at the inner raceway of 2 GPa), indicating that they were well lubricated with the sputtered MoS2 film. In some tests, torque spikes of 30 times higher value and with a duration of about 10 sec were observed at intervals of several hundred hours. When the MoS2 film wore out, frictional torque increased dramatically and the bearing temperature also rose to high level, however the bearings did not seize. The wear life of the MoS2 film decreased drastically as the load increased, however the bearings had a long life of 3 x 10(exp 7) revolutions even at the maximum Hertz stress of 2 GPa at the inner raceway. In the case of the ball bearings without MoS2 film, frictional torque was high, almost of the same level as that of the bearings with MoS2 film after the MoS2 film failure, and the bearing temperature also rose. Again no seizure occurred even after 1,400 hours' operation. X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) analyses of tested balls revealed a metal fluoride on the surface. The fluoride appears to have been formed during operation and had a role in the prevention of surface wear and damage. These results suggest that the torque rise observed at the MoS2 film failure was caused by the transition from MoS2-film-lubrication to metal-fluoride-lubrication. The performance of lead-lubricated ball bearings was also examined. Full ball type bearings without a retainer demonstrated a long life of more than 800 hours at a load of 3 kN, although the torque was ten times higher than the bearings with a sputtered MoS2 film. It appears that lead-lubricated bearings are also feasible in high load
