{"created":"2023-06-20T15:11:25.429607+00:00","id":41073,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7fe698eb-7496-4768-ae19-95eeb21bcd77"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"41073","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"41073"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:jaxa.repo.nii.ac.jp:00041073","sets":["1887:1893","1896:1898:1933:1934"]},"author_link":["501373","501377","501378","501370","501376","501375","501371","501372","501374","501379"],"item_3_alternative_title_2":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Health monitoring of Japanese payload specialist"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1994-10-20","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"429","bibliographicPageStart":"394","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"宇宙開発事業団技術報告"},{"bibliographic_title":"NASDA Technical Memorandum","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本人が初めて宇宙飛行をする機会を捉えて、心電図、血圧などの生体モニターを行い、飛行中の健康管理を行うとともに、生体が宇宙環境に適応する過程を捉え循環器系のデコンディショニングや宇宙酔いなどメカニズム解明の一助とすることを目的として実施された。さらに、本結果は、日本人宇宙飛行士の宇宙飛行中の初めての健康管理データベースとすることも目的とした。飛行中の血圧および心拍数は、宇宙飛行初日では両パラメータともに上昇したが、飛行3日目には急速に回復しほぼ正常の値となり、最後の7日、8日では地上とほとんど変わらない状態となった。地上へダウンリンクされたテレビモニターによる観察から1日目は動きにスムーズさがなくパフォーマンスの低下が明らかに認められ、さらに、顔面の浮腫や静脈の怒張、同時に臨床症状からは宇宙適応症候群の症状を呈していたが、3日目には血圧・心拍数は急速に正常に復し、さらに宇宙適応症候群の症状もほとんど消失した。また、船内での動きもスムーズとなり、パフォーマンスも改善した様子がうかがわれたが、顔面の浮腫と静脈の怒張は最後まで認められた。心拍数の変動係数(CV値)の分析によると、飛行初日を除いたCV値は動揺病スコアーと非常によい相関を示し、宇宙酔いの他覚的指標として利用できると考えられた。一方、飛行初日に見られた予想に反した低いCV値は急激な0-G暴露による生理的機構の破綻に起因していることが示唆された。また、起立テストでは帰還後の心拍数の増加率が大きく宇宙飛行による循環器系への軽度の影響を示していたが、その他の生理的パラメーターは3日後には既に飛行前の状態に回復した。以上より、日本人宇宙飛行士の健康状態は、飛行初期を除き飛行中概ね適正に保たれていたと考えられ、飛行中のパフォーマンスを最大限に発揮する事を可能にしたものと考えられた。さらに、これらのデータは日本人宇宙飛行士の貴重なデータベースとなった。一方、NASAにより開発された生理モニター装置は宇宙飛行士(J-PS)の体に比し大きかったため、これを常に作業中背負っていたJ-PSにとってかなりの負担となった。さらに、記録した生理情報には時間コードが入力できない上ノイズが非常に混入し飛行後の解析に際して効率的な十分な解析ができなかった。今後、このような生理モニター装置は宇宙ではより一層の小型化が必要であり、さらに飛行前の地上での十分な検証および連続データへの時間コードの入力は必須である。一方、赤外線テレメトリー装置は被験者がワイヤーで拘束されることなく船内を自由に動くことを可能にし宇宙飛行士の生理モニターのテレメトリー装置として今後も期待できる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_17":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In the first space flight by a Japanese, in vivo monitoring including electrocardiogram and blood pressure is carried out to confirm the pilot's health condition and adaptation process to the space environment. This monitoring aims to understand the mechanisms of deconditioning of the circulatory organ system and space motion sickness, and to provide information for the health monitoring database of the first Japanese payload specialist (J-PS). Both blood pressure and heart rate increased on the first day of the flight. However, they quickly returned to normal on the third day, and became almost the same as those on the ground on the seventh and eighth days. Observing the pilot through the TV monitor downlinked to the ground showed stiff movement, decreased performance, facial edema, overswelling of the vein, and clinically evident space adaptation diseases on the first day. However, on the third day, blood pressure and heart rate quickly returned to normal, and the symptoms of space adaptation diseases almost disappeared. The pilot moved more smoothly and improved performance. Facial edema and overswelling of the vein continued until he returned to the Earth. Analyzing the coefficients of variation (CV values) of heart rate showed that the CV values, except for those on the first day, correlated well with the motion sickness score. This fact indicates that the CV value may be useful as an objective index of space sickness. Decreased physiological mechanism by rapid exposure to 0-G environment may explain the unexpectedly low CV values on the first day. The standing-test result showed larger increase in heart rate after return, which may indicate moderate space flight effect on the circulatory organ system. Other physiological parameters returned to the preflight levels in three days. These results indicate the pilot's health condition was controlled during flight, except for the early stage, which allowed him the maximum performance. These data provided a valuable database of J-PS/payload specialist. The biomonitor developed by NASA was too large for J-PS. It was a great strain for him because he carried it on the back during work. Lack of the time-code input to physiological records and large noises prevented efficient and enough analysis after flight. Miniaturized biomonitor will be necessary in the space. Enough advance inspection and time-code input to continuous data are also essential. An infrared telemeter allowed the pilot to move in the spaceship without being obstructed by wires.
