| 内容記述 | 低騒音STOL実験機「飛鳥」の開発と飛行試験を中心課題とするSTOLプロジェクトは、1970年代から1980年代後半にかけてSTOL技術の確立を目的とし、国内の関係機関、メーカの協力のもとで、約350億円かけて実施された大型の研究開発プロジェクトである。航空宇宙技術研究所は研究者の約1/3からなる実施組織を作りプロジェクトを推進したが、従来の研究活動の枠を越えた多大な技術管理業務を必要とした。本報告はこのプロジェクト研究で「何がどのように達成されたか」、「どのように推進されたか」に答えるために、プロジェクトの全体像、推進体制、技術管理体制等に焦点をあててまとめたものである。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | A large scale technological R&D project of the fanjet STOL aircraft has been promoted by the National Aerospace Laboratory (NAL) of the Science and Technology Agency (STA) with support and cooperation from related organizations, from the middle of the 1970s to the end of the 1980s with a budgetary expense of about 350 billion yen. This report was prepared based on the above mentioned consideration and describes 'what was realized in this project' and 'how individual work and tasks were carried out'. At about the same time of publication of this project summary, three more detailed summary reports, namely summaries of the development of STOL research aircraft, of the engine development and of the flight test are being published. These four documents might be consulted to understand all activities related to the project. | |||||||||
