The cooling panel was fabricated by nickel electroforming and heated by supersonic hot gas. An NTO (Nitrogen TetraOxide) and MMH (MonoMethyl Hydrazine) rectangular chamber was used as the gas generator. The free stream Mach number at the nozzle exit was about 2.67. Water was used as the coolant and heat flux distribution was measured based on the temperature increase. Thermal analysis were performed using a two-dimensional CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) code and a finite element code. The results of the analysis were compared with the experimental
