| 内容記述 | 宇宙航空機産業における顧客は、短期間に最小コストで達成する生産機能性を要求している。この要求に対処するため、企業は独立な関連会社からなる一時的共同企業体を結集して急速に変化する世界規模の機会を迅速に開発する必要がある。この種の共同企業体において鍵となるキープロセス領域は、協調的工学技術と技術および運用データの統合管理、制御、利用、交換である。情報通信技術は、キープロセスを経済的に支援する統合的仮想企業体を構築するために利用されなければならないし、され得るものである。仮想企業体の設立は、関連する従来の会社の変革を要求する。他の機関への知識移転を促されている技術研究所に仮想企業体へ参加するよう勧めなければならない。ワークフロー管理、データ管理、照会管理は、仮想企業体のすべての従業員に可能であろう。必要とされる滞りのない情報の流れを実現する実行可能な方法は、参加各社の異なったオペレーティングシステムを持つ分散コンピュータ上でミドルウェアを利用することである。さらに、参加者はデータ、ソフトウェア、電子文書において整理統合し、適切に運営しなければならない。本報告では、仮想企業体のいくつかの側面をオランダ国立宇宙研究所での経験を基に論じた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Customers in the aerospace industry require product functionality to deliver in a short time at minimal cost. To cope with the requirements enterprises of the industry need to assemble temporary consortia of independent member companies to quickly exploit fast changing worldwide opportunities. Key process areas in this type of consortia are collaborative engineering and integrated management, control, access and exchange of technical and management data. Information and communication technology has to be and can be used to create integrated virtual enterprises in which the key process areas are supported economically. The set up of a virtual enterprise requires changes in contributing conventional companies. It can be recommended for technological institutes, which are put under pressure to improve knowledge transfer to other organizations, to participate in virtual enterprises. Workflow management, data management and query management shall be possible for all personnel in the virtual enterprise. A feasible way to realize the required seamless information flow is to make use of middleware on the distributed computers with dissimilar operating systems of the participating companies. Furthermore the participants have to consolidate and properly manage know-how contained in data, software and electronic documents. In this paper several aspects of the virtual enterprise are discussed based on experiences in the NLR (Nationaal Lucht-en Ruimtevaartlaboratorium), the Netherlands. | |||||||
