Therefore, it is important to predict the wind turbulence on the flight path for flight safety. Since wind measurement remote sensor using LASER is developing recently, research and development of onboard wind measurement LIDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) was started for wind prediction in National Aerospace Laboratory.
