Toyama International Conference Center), Toyama Japan, This paper describes the influence of fidelity of CFD geometry model on the accuracy of prediction compared with the JAXA Multipurpose Rotor Test System (JMRTS) experimental database. It is found that the blade grip has strong influence to the pressure distribution around the hub area, while the mast model increases the predicted accuracy on the fuselage surface downstream. It is also found that the existence of the fuselage model shows noticeable effect on the BVI strength.
