A spectroscopy-grade 50 micrometers-thick film Single Crystalline CVD diamond was characterized using Ion Beam Induced Charge (IBIC) and Transient Ion Beam Induced Current (TIBIC) systems. Significant decrease in IBIC signals was observed temporally during a microbeam irradiation period.
