We would like to contribute to reduce the burden for visual checking inspections of solar cells on solar panel and improve inspection accuracy by applying PL/EL observation to solar panels. For that purpose we consider that building knowledge-based PL/EL images is necessary. Currently, we are studying the interrelation between environmental test effects and PL/EL images.
