Several kinds of grid distribution have been examined to evaluate the effect of the grid spacing and the orthogonality near the body surface. The computed results indicate that l) Good representation of the geometry is very important for finite difference computation. 2) The grid orthogonality is also important. 3) The grid spacing should be small where the flow variable changes rapidly.
